These Terms of Use govern access to ligamentsywashin.world and purchases of NatureSteep herbal tea products offered by Ligamentsywashin. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell herbal tea blends including Nordic Forest Blend, Helsinki Sunrise Chai, and Arctic Berry Infusion. Product pages describe ingredients, suggested steeping parameters, and prices in euros for Finland. Images are representative; natural variation in dried botanicals may occur. Recipes on the site are for informational use; results depend on water quality and technique.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an inquiry or order request does not alone form a binding contract. A contract is formed when we confirm availability, price including VAT where applicable, and delivery terms in writing. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions on specific ingredients.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on steep-blends.html are indicative for Finland in EUR unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and payment method fees are communicated before confirmation. Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. Late payment may delay shipment.

5. Delivery

We ship within Finland and selected EU destinations using carriers we select. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed; force majeure events may delay shipment. Pickup at our Helsinki studio is available during posted hours.

6. Acceptable Website Use

You may not scrape the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, impersonate NatureSteep, or use content for competing commercial training without permission. Recipe text and photography are protected by copyright and may not be republished without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, blend names, packaging design, and editorial content belong to Ligamentsywashin or licensors. Limited personal use of recipes for home brewing is permitted. Commercial resale of our content or unauthorized use of the NatureSteep name is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from website use or product consumption beyond mandatory statutory rights. Our total liability for a proven defect is limited to the price paid for the affected product unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
