This Return Policy applies to herbal tea products purchased from NatureSteep / Ligamentsywashin, including Nordic Forest Blend, Helsinki Sunrise Chai, Arctic Berry Infusion, gift sets, and studio refills shipped from Helsinki, Finland.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

If you are an EU consumer and purchased online without visiting our studio, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The period begins the day after you receive the last item of a split shipment. To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@ligamentsywashin.world or via reach-us.html including your name, order reference, and products concerned.

2. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed food products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery. If you opened a pouch to test aroma only, contact us—we assess fairness case by case. Custom-blended orders prepared to your specification may be non-returnable once production starts.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Return unopened pouches in resaleable condition with batch labels intact. Include proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we delivered the wrong product or a confirmed defect. We recommend tracked shipping within Finland and insured post for international returns.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If pouches arrive damaged, crushed, or with visible mold or foreign matter, contact us within forty-eight hours with photos. We will replace or refund according to Finnish consumer protection law. Normal color variation in dried herbs is not a defect.

5. Return Process

• Contact us with order details and reason for return.
• Receive return authorization and shipping instructions if applicable.
• Ship items to the address we provide in Helsinki.
• We inspect within five business days of receipt.
• Refund approved amounts using the original payment method when possible.

6. Refunds and Timing

Refunds include the product price paid and standard outbound shipping if the entire order is returned due to withdrawal or our error. Refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier under applicable law. Bank processing may add additional days.

7. In-Studio Purchases

Products bought at Heikkiläntie 10 follow the same quality standards. Withdrawal rights for in-store purchases differ; ask staff for a receipt and exchange policy on the day of purchase. Unopened items in original packaging may be exchanged within fourteen days with receipt.

8. Business Customers

Café and retail partners operate under separate written agreements. Return terms in those contracts prevail over this policy where they differ.
